Delivery
All items are posted via our account with the Royal Mail Business Post - "Special Delivery or "Signed For" to the UK and "International Signed For" to the rest of the World. Tracking numbers can be provided on all items. Next Day delivery is available for urgent gifts when orders are places by 1pm.
Items are posted out within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless the item is an urgent gift for next day delivery, in which case it will be sent that day. You will receive an email to let you know when your item is on its way. These will always be sent to the purchaser, never to a gift recipient.
Your item will be packed to the highest standards to ensure that it reaches you safely. All items are wrapped in our signature Violet Vintage packaging, and this is again wrapped in tissue and placed in a bubble envelope.
Returns – Our Peace of Mind Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with every purchase, so if you are not completely happy with anything you have bought for yourself or as a gift, you may send it back to us within a week in return for your choice of a full refund, an exchange or a hand stamped silver or gold tone gift token. Items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition that they were despatched. In the extremely unlikely event that your purchased item did not match the description given on this website, we would credit you for the item itself, along with outward and return postage when the item is returned to us.
Please ensure that any returns are made by a service where the office has to sign for the parcel on receipt, this protects you against any loss in the post as we can only refund once we receive any item back. Please note that if you return jewellery the Royal Mail will only cover your return parcel against loss or theft if you use Special Delivery.
