All items are posted via our account with the Royal Mail Business Post - "Special Delivery or "Signed For" to the UK and "International Signed For" to the rest of the World. Tracking numbers are provided on all items. Next Day delivery is available for urgent gifts when orders are placed by 1pm.
Items are posted out within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless the item is an urgent gift for next day delivery, in which case it will be sent that day. You will receive an email to let you know when your item is on its way. These will always be sent to the purchaser, never to a gift recipient.
Your item will be packed to the highest standards to ensure that it reaches you safely. All items are wrapped in our signature Violet Vintage packaging, and this is again wrapped in tissue and placed in a bubble envelope.

We want you to be delighted with every purchase, so if you are not completely happy with anything you have bought for yourself or as a gift, you may send it back to us within 14 days in return of your choice of a full refund or an exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition that they were dispatched. In the extremely unlikely event that your purchased item did not match the description given on this website, we would credit you for the item itself, along with the cost of postage when the item is returned to us.
Please ensure that any returns are made by a tracked service and keep your receipt, this protects you against any loss in the post as we can only refund once we receive any item back. Please note that if you return jewellery, Royal Mail will only cover your return parcel against loss or theft if you use Special Delivery.
