Vintage 1940s Diamanté Round Brooch
Pretty vintage c1940s silver & gilt metal round brooch set with brilliant cut glass diamanté stones, centrally set around a c5mm diameter stone, then graduating out. The brooch in total is 27mm in diameter.
The early diamanté and intricate setting shows a depth to this piece, setting it apart from the usual costume jewellery as genuinely vintage. Dates to c1940s, is in good condition for its age (some nibbles to stones can be seen under a loupe/ up very close, but a great sparkle with each stone individually brilliant cut and claw set). Fastens with a simple fold over clip to the back. A gorgeous way to add some vintage sparkle to any jacket or outfit.
